Whitney Munro

Whitney Munro is a senior advisor for Independent Women’s Forum. She is also the President & CEO of FLEX Partners, a strategic communications and business consulting firm. Whitney has advised dozens of organizations in all phases of growth, from start-up, to scaling, to the reorganization of budgets between $4 million and $50 million.
Prior to founding FLEX Partners, Whitney was the chief operational executive for a nationwide network of nonprofits, where she focused on infrastructure and process development, day-to-day operations, compliance, strategy, communications, leadership development, and workplace trends and innovation.
Before that, Whitney served as the vice president of communications for the Foundation for Government Accountability and the Bill of Rights Institute, and was the national director of grassroots for FreedomWorks, where she championed legislative and electoral reform efforts across the country, often managing more than a dozen campaigns at once.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, a Master of Public Administration, and has frequently appeared on national TV and radio networks including: Fox News, CNN, ABC News, NBC News, and more.
