Payton McNabb
- Ambassador
Payton McNabb is an Independent Women Ambassador and a passionate advocate for fairness, safety, and opportunity for women and girls. A former high school athlete, Payton’s life changed after suffering a permanent injury during a volleyball match, an experience that propelled her into the national conversation on women’s sports. Rather than retreat, she chose to speak out—using her voice to highlight the real-world consequences of policies that ignore biological differences and compromise the integrity of female athletics.
Through media appearances, public speaking, and policy advocacy, Payton works to ensure the next generation of girls can compete safely and fairly. Her story has resonated across the country, reminding audiences that protecting women’s sports is not about exclusion, but about preserving hard-won opportunities guaranteed by Title IX. Grounded in courage, discernment, and resilience, Payton continues to stand for truth and to champion women whose voices are too often overlooked.
