Andrea Mew is the managing editor for IW Features, the grassroots storytelling arm of Independent Women, and a contributing writer for Evie Magazine. In all respects of life, Andrea abides by her passions for freedom, femininity, and facts.

Prior to joining Independent Women, Andrea worked as the Communications Strategist for the Lincoln Club of Orange County, where she gained experience in local politics and promoted the interests of Orange County’s leading business owners and thought leaders.

Andrea received her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.

Outside of her professional life, Andrea is a devoted wife, a lover of all things health and wellness, and a connoisseur of counterculture.
