My problem with my recent hospital stay is that every doctor that pokes their nose in the door [then] charges my insurance. That is why my insurance goes up!
They never say much [to me] and I have no idea who they are or what they did [for my care]. Also, when they charge you a blanket amount for several days, how do you know what you are paying for?
I never was told the cost of any of the procedures they did on me. I think they are way overpricing things. I would like to know first. If I was [using] self-pay, I would be dead by now.
