Our son recently had brain surgery prior to COVID. He is a 504 student post-surgery. He was forced to wear a mask for an excessive amount of time. After a long-awaited approval to wear a visor, he was segregated from other students. One Vice principal even went as far as requiring our son to wear both the mask and visor. Even after a letter was sent from our attorney. As a result of excessive mask wear and possibly excessive screen time, our son began having seizures. We are looking at placing him in private school. And the possibility of filing a lawsuit against the school.
