I am a female and a former college athlete. It is sad that we are in a world that says that gender no longer matters because it most certainly does. God made men and women all human, but different in gender as in male and female.

We are not made the same. Our bodies do not perform the same functions. Men were made for certain tasks and women for different ones. While we can perform many similar tasks, we still are not made the same.

To be forced to compete against men, who are clearly designed differently than women, is a travesty. Women have their own design to compete with and against and men have their own design to compete with and against. Stop this mixing and cross-gender competition now. It is a shame to this whole country.
