All who care about the future of our country should get behind a parent-led movement to compel state and federal legislators to create or rewrite laws governing the powers of teachers’ unions. These new laws should reflect and expand the principle that “parents know best” how to raise their kids, not administrators or politicians or bureaucrats. Power over our children does not belong in Washington. it should belong to parents.
